LAH'LAH'LAND Shopping Policy

To All Peep's. Please take a brief look at our shopping policy before ordering.

* All goods sold are based on 1st come 1st serve basis, no RESERVATION allowed. Serious buyer only.

* All goods sold here is one of a kind and will not be any repeat stock. We usually have 1 piece per design, if we do have extra stocks, it will be mentioned in our posting.

* On certain occasions, colour of the goods posted on blog might be differ from the real product depending on the picture quality snapped or due to the screen resolution.

* All goods sold are final. It is not refundable or exchangeable.

* All prices stated are fixed,except on bulk order. Please email us on this matter.

* We will only able to hold on goods within 24hrs period. The item will be released out after the holding period.

* Payment should be made within 48hrs, if not the item hold will be released to next buyer.

* Items will be normally send out the next working day after we have confirmed the payment made.

* Kindly send an email to notify us once after you received the goods. We will assume you have already received the goods if we do not hear from you within 7 days.

* We hold no responsibility of damages and lost during the process of delivery of the goods.

* Buyers information is private and will not disclosed to 3rd party. We respect privacy.

LAH'LAH'LAND Courier Method & Charges

All delivery are send by SKYNET or POSLAJU (EMS). All courier prices are varies depends on the location. In order to makes life easier, we provide a standard rates charges. We are based on the rates given by SKYNET and Pos Malaysia Berhad, please do check back later for updates.

Courier Fees:

1 to 2 items: WM-RM6+ / EM-RM8+

3 to 4 items: WM-RM8+ / EM-RM10+

5 items & up: WM-RM10+ / EM-RM12+

Shipping Durations:

Normally it takes about 2 to 3 working days. For buyers from East Malaysia it might takes up to 5 working days.

Free Delivery Service:

We do provide free delivery service to selected shopping spots in KL if the total purchase of RM100 and above. In addition, payment must be made before hand. The free delivery spots are as below:

* Ampang Point Shopping Center

* Sungai Wang Plaza / Bukit Bintang Plaza

* Midvalley Shopping Mall
